Returns

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed according to the original payment method or as agreed with our support team.

Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to be completed.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, it may not be possible to cancel it.

For cancellation requests, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product, Veltrix will cover the return shipping cost.
